
Emilie Guillot - Artistic Director
Her debut was as a ballet dancer. Then she quickly graduated from ‘L’Ecole de Théâtre Bellevue’ with a degree of ‘Technical corporal and improvisation diploma’. She spent 20 years practicing on stage and in front of the camera, with well-known directors such as Christian Lucciani, Sylvie Boutley, Frederique Farina, Georges Becot, Jean-Renee Lemoine, Daniel Cling and Frederic Carpentier. Finally she graduated with a National Diploma in Performing Arts and in Drama Directing, from the renowned French Drama School ‘Le Cours Florent’, where she got out full of contentment and confidence. July 2003, she landed in Hong Kong and started a drama production company (Mon Café-Theatre Ltd) with which she has been directing and producing since then. One of her best work includes: ‘The Sofa’ ( French May festival 2005), ‘Human Disorder’ (Central 2006), ‘Isabeau’ (French May Festival 2006), ‘New York Attitude’(Central, 2007);‘Down With Love’ ( Le Rideau Café-Theatre, 2007). Emilie has also been seen has a performer in ‘Isabeau’, ‘The Killing of Sister Georges’, ‘Sandman’, ‘Take Five’, ‘Identity Crisis’, ‘Vagina Monologues’ and such. She is now teaching Acting to Adults, Teenagers and young children in French and English. She can also be seen on screen in a new wedserie called ‘Lumina’, playing Letitia Ricou, which will be lauched next year in Hong Kong. In addition to this, she has been certified Cinema Director and Line Producer from Hollywood Film Institute and HK International Film School. She is the founder and Artistic Director of ‘HK Theatre Association Ltd’. Oliver Williams - Actor / Acting coach Oliver was trained at London's Guildhall School of Music and Drama and has worked as an actor for the Royal Court, National Theatre and Royal Shakespeare Company in Britain. He has worked directly with theatre practitioners like Patsy Rodenburg, Trevor Nunn and Harold Pinter to name a few, and has experienced many of the major european theatre ideas and teachings handed down by Jacques Le Coque, Peter Brooke, Stanislavsky and Etienne Decroux. He is also passionate about new writing and the role of the actor in theatre, television and film, and has worked with Simon Usher and Vasili Skorik, two of the world's leading experts in scene study and text analysis for modern actors. Letizia Casalino - Dancing teacher / Graphic Designer Beginning her ballet classes at Ballerina’s School in Switzerland at the age of 5, Letizia discovers Jazz, Modern and Hip Hop dance throughout dance stages in Bienne and Neuchatel and other international dance stage in Switzerland. She then continues in the school Les Chaussons where she improves into Jazz and Modern dance with the Luigi and Martha Grahm techniques. After her dance graduation in Zurich, she started teaching Ballet, Jazz and Hip-Hop classes in several dance school for children and adults.
Meanwhile she joins a dance group and tours in Switzerland and Italy, before moving to Aruba where continues teaching ballet and jazz dance. It is where she impassioned herself with Salsa dance and start performing with in the Cuban troupe “Let’s go Latin” in the Crystal Theater of Aruba. Letizia wishes to teach students attending the HKI… to discover, through the practice of dance movement; beauty, harmony, discipline and a taste for the effort. She wishes to transmit her enthusiasm and her love of dance to the students. Kate Sullivan – Audition Coach, Acting Teacher, Performer/Actress.
Kate holds a Bachelors of Performing and Screen Arts Degree from Unitec School for Performing and Screen Arts, and a Graduate Diploma in Secondary Teaching from Auckland College of Education. In 2006, Kate completed an 8 week acting intensive in New York with the TVI Actors Studio. She has taught Drama, Dance and Film acting in New Zealand, Budapest and Hong Kong. In addition to this, Kate has worked as an actress and has directed professional stage productions in various cities around the world. In 2008 Kate co founded E.V.E.N.T (An International Artists Company). Kate is now the producer of E.V.E.N.T and strives to support local and International artists. Candice Moore – Voice Coach, Audition Coach and Speech and Drama Trainer.
In UK she worked in TV, theatre and corporate role-play. She returned to Hong Kong in 2003 and is a voice-over and dubbing artist/director for cartoons, commercials, films, publishers, radio, television and video games. She has done a wide variety of voices for Now Broadband’s Animax Channel including: Inuyasha, Little Women, Card Captor Sakura, Dragonball, Ghost In The Shell, The Count Of Monte Cristo, Hell Girl, and Yakitate Ja-pan. She is the voice of Pochacco for Sanrio’s Hello Kitty animated series and she was also the voice of Maggie Cheung’s character, Flying Snow, in the film Hero. Candice’s voice can be heard on TV in the Lindt Excellence advertisement and in cinemas for Carat Jewellery. When she is not in the studio she works in theatre as an actress, director and voice coach. She has worked with Faust International, Lindsey McAlister Productions, The Hong Kong Youth Arts Foundation and Theatre du Pif. Elissa Rosati - Acting Coach, Director, Performer/Actress

To date Kate Sullivan has worked in television for national and international productions, voice work, theater and film, including a lead role in the New Zealand independent feature film Christmas and worked opposite Anthony Hopkins in The Worlds Fastest Indian. Recently Kate played the leading role in the Film “The Other End of the Gun” directed by Patrice Poujol and a lead role in the stage production of Cosi directed by Wendy Herbert in Hong Kong.
Candice trained in drama at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama and graduated in 2000. She is an experienced actress, director and voice coach.
Elissa Rosati is a graduate with honors from the most prestigious film making institution of today: New York University’s TISCH School of the Arts with a degree in film and television directing. After years of international professional performance experience she comes to Hong Kong where she has made a name for herself producing and directing. Elissa has taught in conservatories world wide and continues to teach Hong Kong youth at such prestigious institutions as the Hong Kong Academy for the Performing Arts and the Youth Arts Foundation.
